Nothshore Conditions  (United States)

As of 4/1/08 the Northshore is still froze up. There have been a few hardcore flyfishers who can't stand it no longer and have been casting out in the lake on warmer days.

Northshore is fishable! Muddy and high waters, but fishable. Fish are in. Cheers. john

up the shore just past two harbors, the stewart river is open finally! ill be walking to it every morning to hopefully strip some in! a couple of my buddies have been catching small steelies offshore like crazy. not to many big fish yet.

rivers are packed with people and ive seen some guys hook in to some nice fish. one on for me, shot like a bullet up stream and broke my leader. next time. water is running fast and muddy up the shore. most of the snow and ice covering the river is gone.
